As the successful founder of several female-owned businesses, Ms. Madison is best known for launching Stacy’s Pita Chip Company in 1997.

BOSTON, MA, August 30, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Stacy Madison has been inducted into Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Madison has enjoyed a long and successful career with Fireman Capital Partners as an operating partner since 2008. As a private equity firm based in Boston with a second office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Fireman specializes in buyouts and growth equity. The company excels in investing in the consumer products and services sectors and is also well-versed in the real estate sector throughout the northeast. One of Stacy’s projects was Evolution Juice which sold to Starbucks.

As the successful founder of several female-owned businesses, Ms. Madison is best known for launching Stacy’s Pita Chip Company in 1997. Recognized as a top natural food company that became the foundation for PepsiCo Inc.’s entry into the health and wellness industry, she sold her brand to the New York-based food, snack, and beverage corporation nearly a decade later. Ms. Madison’s humble beginnings began to take shape when she started a seasonal food cart business in downtown Boston, making healthy pita sandwiches for passersby. At the end of each day, she cut up excess pita bread and baked them into pita chips in various flavors. Customers quickly flocked to her food cart, lining up to purchase her sandwiches and get free chips while they waited in line. Eventually Stacy started selling the chips and thus Stacy’s Pita Chip Company was born!

Ms. Madison subsequently established Stacy’s Juicebar in Needham, Massachusetts, in 2014, which she maintained for seven years. Her success in the juice sector ultimately inspired her to launch BeBOLD bars in 2020, award-winning, plant-based snack bars made with gluten-free ingredients. Her certified women-owned company has since proved quite successful, offering innovative, natural snack bars that are both healthy and tasty. Ms. Madison has also been featured in numerous articles and interviews by various media outlets, including The Boston Globe, NBC’s Today Show, How I Built This with Guy Raz, The Good Life with Michele Lamoureux, Life’s Accessories, and On The Homefront with Jeff Dudan.

Adamant about giving back to worthy causes, Ms. Madison has supported Family Reach, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to individuals and families experiencing economic issues during cancer treatments. She has also endorsed several breast cancer charities as a breast cancer survivor. Among other involvement, Ms. Madison has been a child sponsor for the Cambodian Children’s Fund. Besides her private contributions, she supports Stacy’s Rise Project, which champions women entrepreneurs and empowers underrepresented women-initiated small businesses specializing in the food and beverage industry.

Highly educated, Ms. Madison graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She also garnered a Master of Social Work from California State University.

As a testament to her success, Ms. Madison’s BeBOLD bars won the 2022 Dairy-Free Award from The Dairy-Free Buyers Guide, the 2022 Best Plant-Based Snack Bar as a first-place winner by The Plant-Based Buyers Guide, and the 2023 Gluten-Free Award from The Gluten-Free Buyers Guide. Additionally, her BeBOLD bars won the 2023 Good Food Award. During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Madison was invited to The White House during the Clinton administration recognizing her company as an exemplary small business.
